All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders completed by 4pm on Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. You will receive a confirmation by email from us when your order has been dispatched.

We will charge you delivery costs unless you qualify for our free delivery. Delivery costs will be added to your total charges according to your selected method of delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as weather conditions, mishandling by carriers or incorrect delivery information from your input on our website.

You are responsible for inputting the correct information for your order’s billing and delivery address. We reserve the right to charge you a delivery fee to resend you your order if your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.

All orders considered lost, delayed or damaged must be notified to us within 14 days of your most recent dispatch date (21 days for international delivery). Refunds for lost goods can only be issued after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed.
